SisGPT is an AI-powered mobile application that provides conversational advice and support in a sisterly, caring manner. The service is designed to offer friendly guidance for life's questions and situations.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be 17 years or older to use SisGPT. By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 17 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• If you are under 18, you have parental permission to use the service

We do not knowingly collect information from users under 17. If we discover that a user under 17 has created an account, we will terminate it immediately.

3. Nature of Service and AI Disclaimer

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• SisGPT and its creators are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the service
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI responses
• We disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of responses
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

When using SisGPT, you agree to:

Acceptable Use

• Use the service for legitimate personal advice and support
• Respect the AI and engage in good faith
• Only share content you have the right to share
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the AI system

You retain ownership of the content you provide to SisGPT (your messages, images, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a license to process your content to provide AI responses.

AI-Generated Content

You may use AI-generated responses for personal purposes. However, remember that AI responses are generated based on patterns in data and may not be original or unique.

7. Content Moderation

We have implemented filters to prevent harmful content, but no system is perfect. You can report problematic responses using the in-app reporting feature.

8. Subscription Terms

Premium Features

SisGPT offers premium subscriptions with enhanced features. Subscription details:

• Subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed through the App Store or Google Play
• Pricing and billing cycles are shown before purchase
• Free trials (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid charges

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

• iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android: Go to Play Store > Account > Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for unused portions of subscriptions (unless required by law)

Restore Purchases

You can restore previous purchases on new devices through the app's settings.

9. Intellectual Property

The SisGPT app, AI technology, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our AI models

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

10. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
• Attempt to exploit or damage the service

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
